In addition to the Lightning to 30-pin adapter, which is going for $29, Apple is now selling a Lightning to microUSB adapter for the more reasonable $19. Just plug it into your iDevice's Lightning port, and voila - it has a standard microUSB port! Magical? Hardly.The Lightning to microUSB port will allow customers to use standard microUSB cables to charge their handsets or connect accessories. The devices that the adapter can be used with are all Apple devices that have a Lightning connector currently, which includes the iPhone 5, iPad 4, iPad mini, iPod touch 5G and iPod nano 7G.
